How long before changes are reflected in my collection?
Changes can take anywhere from 1 - 2 hours to reflect on your site.
How many titles can I remove?
As many as you would like!
Who will be affected by the titles I remove?
All users of your Library/School will see the changes you have made.
How do I remove an entire Interest from my collection?
Individual Interests can be hidden through the Comics Plus Admin Portal. See our "How To Manage Interests" guide here.
I used to see “Categories” in Comics Plus - where did they go?
The “Categories” section in Comics Plus has been renamed "Interests”. This change better reflects how readers interact with this area and aligns more closely with the way titles are tagged and organized, making it even easier to discover content they’ll love.
How do I remove an individual publisher from my collection?
Once you disable all titles from a publisher, that publisher and their titles will no longer be available to your patrons. See our instructions on bulk selecting here: Disable/Enable Titles in Bulk
When are new titles added to my collection?
New titles are added to the collection every Wednesday. While fresh content is uploaded weekly, it may not include every age category each week. As a result, the new titles available in a specific collection will depend on both the age ranges included in that week's update and the age groups the library subscribes to. How do I challenge the placement of a title?
Our Request for Reconsideration of Materials Policy allows our customers to request a review of the age ratings of individual titles and/or series in their collections. Each request is reviewed and evaluated solely in accordance with the principles and guidelines stated in our Collection Development Policy, and a decision is typically rendered within one business week after the request is received.
Note: Our customers also have the ability to remove individual titles that may not align with their collection development policy from their own collections.
